Lifetime warranty” means that for as long as you own your home, we’ll stand behind the quality of the shades or blinds we installed. It covers any defects in materials or workmanship — like issues with the fabric, headrail, or lift mechanisms — as long as they haven’t been damaged by misuse or wear and tear.

Motors and motorized parts are covered for 5 years, and installation is covered for 1 year in case anything was done incorrectly. If something goes wrong, just reach out and we’ll take care of it.
