Q: What does your lifetime warranty cover?
Revise to include location-based differences:

A: For Oregon and Washington customers, we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own your home.

• Motors are covered for 5 years

• Installation workmanship is covered for 1 year

• Replaced parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period

For Texas and California customers, we offer a 3-Year Limited Warranty that covers materials, motors, and mechanisms under normal residential use.

Q: What is not covered by the warranty?
Minor tweak for clarity:

A: Damage from misuse, sunlight exposure, moisture, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is not covered. The warranty is non-transferable, valid only for the original purchaser and installation address, and subject to local warranty terms.
