• Oregon and Washington – Led by Qua Nguyen, who brings years of hands-on experience and a strong eye for detail. Qua personally oversees each project—from consultation to installation—to ensure top-quality results and customer satisfaction. Peace of Mind Comes Standard
For customers in Oregon and Washington, we proudly offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty—meaning for as long as you own your home, we stand behind the quality of the shades or blinds we’ve installed. This includes defects in materials or workmanship, such as fabric, hardware, or lift mechanisms, as long as they haven’t been damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear.
Motors and motorized parts are covered for 5 years
Installation workmanship is covered for 1 year
Warranty coverage continues on replaced parts, but does not reset
For customers in Texas and California, we offer a 3-Year Limited Warranty that covers materials, motors, and mechanisms under normal residential use.
And if you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a one-time 40% reorder discount within 30 days of installation, allowing changes to color, size, or style with new measurements if needed.
If anything goes wrong within the warranty period, just reach out — we’ll take care of it.
