Elevated Windows began in Dallas, Texas, where we built a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, personalized service, and dependable results. As demand grew, we expanded into the Pacific Northwest and later into the San Francisco Bay Area, bringing the same standard of care to each region we serve.
Today, Elevated Windows PDX proudly serves Oregon and Washington with a hands-on, customer-first approach focused on thoughtful recommendations, precise measuring, and professional installation.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
- Covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use
- Motors and motorized parts covered for 5 years
- Installation workmanship covered for 1 year
- Coverage continues on replaced parts but does not reset
Texas & California
3-Year Limited Warranty
- Covers materials, motors, and mechanisms under normal residential use
- Designed to provide added confidence after installation
- Support is available if issues arise during the warranty period
One-Time Reorder Option
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a one-time 40% reorder discount within 30 days of installation. This allows changes to color, size, or style using new measurements if needed.
